At the official Lady Gaga store, we want you to be completely obsessed with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and attach it securely to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
